You need to mail your Cancelation requests from the same email id, used for booking. The confirmed cancellation mail needs to be verified with an acknowledgement. To claim your refund you need to follow this mandatory step.

You will get the refund through NEFT within 7 working days.
If cancellation is done 45 days prior to arrival date then the entire payment made in advance while booking will be refunded, excluding the transaction charges. Customers have to bear the transaction charges if levied by the airlines or railways for settlement or cancellation. The cancellation charges for your booked hotels will be deducted according to the hotels’ own cancellation policy. No refund or claim will be entertained on Cancelation of Wildlife Safaris or Game Drives in any of the National Parks of India. Even change of date or name will be considered as the cancellation.
You will be subject to a cancellation fee as follows:
15% of the total amount payable penalty - on cancelling the tour 60 days or more prior to arrival date in India
25% of the total amount payable penalty – on cancelling the tour 30 - 59 days prior to arrival date in India
35% of the total amount payable penalty – on cancelling the tour 22-29 days prior to arrival date in India
50% of the total amount payable penalty - on cancelling the tour 15-21 days prior to arrival date in India
100% of the total amount payable penalty – on cancelling the tour 0-15 days prior to arrival date in India
No refund – on cancelling the tour after arrival in India
